
Good Morning! I hope everyone is well and those in the UK are surviving our 2nd lockdown!
I’m blown away with how essential Vitamin D is for our health. And the fact that you can’t get much of it from your diet. If you live somewhere similar to the UK, then you’re strongly advised to take a supplement. I’ll explain why in my next post. 😀

I didn’t always appreciate the importance of vitamin D until I started spending most my days inside my house, then something never felt quite right if I wasn’t getting outside once, twice a week for a walk to get some light!
