Hello. I hope everyone is well.

At the weekend, my partner and I finally had a meal out! We had a lovely walk, a few miles from we live and called in to a local restaurant. The food was lovely.

Next to our local Church

I also went to the gym for the first time this year. As you can imagine, I’m aching now!

My next post is about fasting; I’m looking at whether there are any health benefits doing this.
