Hello. I hope everyone is well.

In October, I’m going to run my first, full marathon. (26.2 miles! πŸ˜…)

So, I’m upping my game. I’m running home from my morning job, (1.5 miles every day), I’m gradually increasing my Saturday runs mileage; as well as my runs during the week.

Eventually, I’m aiming to run 30-40 miles a week; assuming life doesn’t get in the way!

My next post is inspired by the latest COVID guidance in England on hugging. We’re allowed to “cautiously” hug our family and friends. So, I’m writing about its health benefits.
