  6. A very concise round-up. Vit D is so, so important. Many people won’t necessarily think about it unless they have a need to think about – It was found I had virtually non-existent levels and osteopenia, so now I definitely think about it! It’s easier to make changes or take supplements now to keep levels healthy, than to find the damage is already done. Great post!
