Vitamin C is meant to be so good for you, so thank you for sharing these brilliant health benefits!
You’re welcome 😀
Taking vitamin is one of the most important thing. That’s why I always make sure to drink my Berroca every morning.
Very interesting facts! I didn’t know a lot of these things, but I religiously get my vitamins in 😅
Good information!
Thank you. 😀
Vitamin C can help with fat loss? Do you have a link to a study that shows that, because that would be really interesting to learn more about. Especially how much vitamin C you’d need to help with fat loss.
I thought vitamin C and helping the immune system had been proven to have been wrong, and that it’s zinc we should be taking for that instead?
Hi. Vitamin C isn’t the only vitamin that can help our immune systems. There’s vitamin D, selenium, B12 and zinc, as you say. We need them all. That’s one reason we need to eat different, healthy foods so we can get these nutrients.
Also, I’ve been taking high strength vitamin C tablets for nearly a year and even though I say this with caution, I’ve not had a cold since January. Normally, I get at least 2 or 3 a year. Could be coincidental?
Also, apparently vitamin C helps a bit with fat reduction through regular exercise. Here’s a couple of links you may be interested in. https://www.which.co.uk/news/2020/04/11-top-vitamins-and-minerals-to-keep-your-immune-system-healthy/

Nice share, Rachel. I’ve learned recently that it can help increase platelet count, too! 🌞
