A Thank You Letter to My Body.

Recently, I read a post by another blogger, Shelly, from Growing with Spawn about writing a thank you letter to our bodies. It’s not something that I’d normally think of doing. However, she suggested that I should write one. As I like a challenge, here it is.

  1. This is so amazing, thank you for sharing! Our bodies, especially female bodies, go through so much change and development in our life and have done so much for us. Sometimes we need reminders like this that we aren’t perfect, our bodies aren’t perfect, and we have a lot to be thankful for when we are in good health.

  2. Hi Rachel! I’m so glad you were inspired to take my writing challenge. You’re right, we don’t even know what perfection is, so why try so hard to reach it. We’re all unique, and that’s what makes us beautiful! You wrote a lovely letter, and I enjoyed reading 🙂

  3. Wow you’ve been through so much! And yet what has me in shock is that you ran a marathon in 2hr17 minutes… wasn’t the fastest guy in the world able to do it in just 2 minutes shy of 2 hours? Insane! You’re amazing!
