  1. My problem with sleeping is that I can’t sleep unless I’m tried, and over the last 10 months I can’t stay asleep. Normally when I fall asleep I don’t wake up, but now I wake up several times. Would this product help with that? Also, how long will a 30ml bottle last?

    1. Thank you for your question. I’ve been using this product for about 1 to 2 weeks. I don’t use it every night but when I do use it, I notice that I don’t wake up as often and I feel calmer, my thoughts are clearer and I’ve more energy. I’m genuinely surprised that it has an impact.

  4. Oh this sounds like a great one! I have been having problem sleeping since I was younger and nothing ever seemed to work! I now use a lavender pillow spray which helps and reading before bed, thanks for sharing x

  6. Great blog post Rachel. Sometimes I struggle to sleep and it can be really frustrating. I had never heard of this product – it’s good to know there are solutions out there! Personally I’d had success with the It Works pillow spray.

I generally sleep pretty well but there are times when I don’t due to a host of reasons such as bothersome thoughts, stress, intense emotions, sadness, etc, etc. II think the best thing to do is to try to be calm, think peaceful/happy thoughts before drifting off. It can be hard to do that because the human mind has a propensity to cling on to the negative… but we accomplish nothing by holding on the negative things.
