A Lot of us Struggle to Sleep.

Tossing and turning, thoughts are running at 100mph in your head. You get more anxious and then frustrated. Then, the seemingly impossible happens. You fall asleep, only to wake up in what seems like 2 minutes later. So it starts again. Of course, by the time your alarm goes off, it’s time to get up!
You spend a lot of your day feeling tired and irritable. Your concentration is poor and then at night; you go to bed and it all starts again.
So what can we do to sleep better?
I suffer intermittently from insomnia. For tips to help you, feel free to click on this link.

You could also see your doctor and maybe you could be prescribed medication.
Also, there are products made with natural ingredients which you could try.

- The product has been developed by medical herbalists from the Award-winning Life ArmourĀ®.
- It’s vegan, gluten-free and contains no preservatives.
- It’s had 156 5* reviews (at the time of writing this.) from other customers who said this product helped them sleep better.
My experience with this product.
I’ve been using this product, intermittently for a couple of weeks. I’d love to say that I’ve slept through the night and never woke up at all. I didn’t, but instead of waking up 3 times during the night, I’ve only been waking up once. Also, I’ve noticed the quality of my sleep is better and I feel calmer and much less anxious on waking up.
How to use it.
Just squirt a full pipette under your tongue about 20 minutes before you go to bed. Or you could make a drink out of it.
It costs Ā£25 for 30ml. It’s a bit pricey but if you take out a monthly subscription, you get 15% of each order. You may find that you only need it for short periods of time. The best before date on mine is March 2024!

My problem with sleeping is that I can’t sleep unless I’m tried, and over the last 10 months I can’t stay asleep. Normally when I fall asleep I don’t wake up, but now I wake up several times. Would this product help with that? Also, how long will a 30ml bottle last?
Thank you for your question. I’ve been using this product for about 1 to 2 weeks. I don’t use it every night but when I do use it, I notice that I don’t wake up as often and I feel calmer, my thoughts are clearer and I’ve more energy. I’m genuinely surprised that it has an impact.
If you use it every night, I think it’ll last for about a month. It’s a bit expensive but it’ll last me longer because I don’t use it all the time. This company offers 15% off monthly subscriptions.
I’m definitely getting another one when I run out. Hope this helps.
It’s great that you have found a product that works for you! I use medication which has been working amazingly for me – on the rare occasion that it doesn’t work, trying to solve sudoku or reading puts me to sleep!
Thank you for commenting. Sometimes reading helps me too.
Oh, this is so interesting! I love using lavender essential oils when I wind down for bed. Glad this product made you wake up a little less throughout the night! x

This looks like an interesting product! I’ve been struggling with sleep during the pandemic, probably due to stress and disrupted routines, so I’ll check it out, thanks!
Thank you for your comment. If you try it, I hope it works for you.
Great blog post Rachel. Sometimes I struggle to sleep and it can be really frustrating. I had never heard of this product – itās good to know there are solutions out there! Personally Iād had success with the It Works pillow spray.
Thank you for commenting. Sprays are a good idea.
Great topic! I generally sleep pretty well but there are times when I don’t due to a host of reasons such as bothersome thoughts, stress, intense emotions, sadness, etc, etc. II think the best thing to do is to try to be calm, think peaceful/happy thoughts before drifting off. It can be hard to do that because the human mind has a propensity to cling on to the negative… but we accomplish nothing by holding on the negative things.
So true!
I developed some sleeping problems since the pandemic started and I tried using lavender oil. This oil sounds really helpful. Great post! xx
