Coffee and me.

I’ve always loved coffee. I started to drink it before my long runs and found it definitely helped to improve my stamina.

I also find that my concentration is better after a drink of coffee.

About a few years ago, I discovered that I prefer black coffee and now wonder why I spoilt my coffee by adding milk! It tastes delicious with either a pinch of cinnamon, nutmeg or a tsp of cocoa powder.

I can’t drink caffeine after lunch because I don’t sleep well at night if I do. I switch to decaf. Also, too much coffee can trigger my postmenopausal sweats. Don’t worry if you prefer decaf coffee. The health benefits are the same as normal coffee.

So, appreciate your coffee. Try not to drink 80 cups, though! About 4 cups a day is recommended for the health benefits.
