It’s summer. We’re looking forward to spending more time outside; whether it’s walking, sunbathing, attending barbecues, etc. However, there is a sting in the tail. (Haha!) Some of us get attacked by our little ‘friends’ resulting in red and itchy lumps or worse symptoms. If this is you (like me!) then read this post for tips to treat insect bites and stings.

My daughter has a terrible time with mosquitoes. They often bite her and leave the rest of us alone. I tell her she must be very tasty. LOL

Bugs love to eat me too! Himself is covered in nettle stings to day? Any advice for those?
Ouch! I find using calamine lotion helps.
Fortunately, I have not had many of those. I will keep these in mind for the future though. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve never had an experience with a horsefly, but that sounds intense! I get quite a few mosquito bites in the summer too. Not itching them is so hard to do. I just put up a screen over my patio door because I saw that mosquitos were flying inside and I wasn’t going to have that haha
