I would say July’s been a quiet month for me. I watched the film ‘Elvis’ which was fantastic. It’s worth seeing even if you’re not an Elvis fan and the time went really quickly, even though it was 2 hours and 40 minutes running time.
Also, I had a meal with a good friend who I’ve not seen for about 10 years!
I enjoyed the brief heat wave that the UK had and of course, the weather is now backed to its usual mixture of sun, cloud and rain!
I’ve tested negative for coeliac disease which is great news. However, I may be referred for an endoscopy.
Next month, my posts will include facts and the health benefits of prosecco and potatoes.
If you’re spending any time in the sun, be very careful. Keep hydrated and of course, don’t forget your sunscreen.
