  1. Thanks for sharing this, Rachel. It is indeed important to stay up to date on your screenings and do regular self-exams.

    I was very interested to learn that green tea is also something that can reduce the risk of cancer. I don’t enjoy drinking green tea so I put a half teaspoon of matcha in my breakfast smoothie.
