Hello. I’m Rachel.

A former nurse and couch potato.

Now, a runner, a lover of exercise, a cat lover and passionate about health and well being. As I love food, I’m particularly fascinated with the effects of food on our bodies. Good and bad. I have personally found that changing my diet has helped me to manage minor health issues.
