As always, your posts are interesting and informative. I was just typing my response to your Sunshine Blogger Award nomination and I commented that any posts related to health and science are more difficult for me because I don’t have a scientific brain. I think that’s why I enjoy your blog so much. You explain this stuff in very simple terms.
Thank you, Michelle. I’m not scientifically minded either. I share information that I understand.
I’m glad you like my blog.
Joan Rivers used to make me laugh a lot when she was alive 🤣
Wow I didn’t know some of these 😱 I did know about the coffee. I used to drink about 4 cups a day, but as I’m someone who frequently suffers from stomach inflamations, – even though I eat healthy – I had to cut it down. I switched to tea and feel so much better now! I do still occasionally have a cup of coffee, but this is never more than once a week. Interesting post, thanks for sharing!
This is a super helpful posts 🙂 as I struggle with acne- and will soon be going on antibiotics to combat it- I need to do lots to improve my gut and stomach! Thank you for sharing these tips, I’ll definitely be implementing a new diet and regime to help my stomach health
If the stomach digests foods only partially by making them semi-liquid, how good is it to chew well to make the job of your stomach even easier. I am a big fan of chewing well by the way!

I wrote a post on acne, ages ago. https://jasperdens.health.blog/2019/04/13/aggravating-acne/ Maybe some tips in this could help, as well?
