I boost my energy and keep myself from being too tired by drinking plenty of water and getting some vitamin d from the outdoors.

I need to exercise more and limit sugar intake. I am contemplating whether I need to take vitamin supplements.

Best talking to your doctor about taking supplements. You can overdose on vitamins!

I’m not taking vitamins for so long, but I’m considering it because it is hard to achieve a balanced meal plan all the time. But yes will consult doc.

I know my tiredness isn’t caused by too much exercise as I do way too little of it. It wouldn’t surprise me to learn that it might be due to some vitamin deficiency or something, as my diet is pretty bad
