I’ve had my old lady health checkup this month and I’m pleased to say I passed with flying colours. I don’t know if this happens in other countries but in the UK, we get free health checkups, every five years after we turn 40.

I’m glad the results had a positive output! You are doing a great job. It’s nice that people can have a free check up after 40, that’s a wonderful policy.

Perhaps get in touch with your GP? Mine contacted me for my first one when I was 41.
