I’ve been exploring a lot more vegan recipes lately, and they are delicious. I’ve definitely cut back my meat consumption in recent years.

Hi, Rachel, as a vegan, I learned to cover all my nutritional needs, which is something that should be addressed in all our diets. I don’t believe most folks who eat the Standard American Diet even consider it!☀️

Getting healthy is also a goal I have. It can be hard to keep things going. Life can through you curveballs and before you know it, that healthy routine is not so routine anymore. Some good choices have helped me more protein. Doing the stairs instead of the elevator and even replacing junk food with healthy snacks.
