I’m trying to cut down on meat, although living with a meat and potatoes guy makes that a challenge. I eat a lot of beans and lentils and have substituted soy crumble for ground beef in some soup recipes. I’ve never tried tofu for some reason.

I found tofu a while to get use to. What I like about it is that it’s like a sponge; it absorbs other flavours.
