    1. They taste lovely in porridge and there’s a chia pudding you can make. Mix a cup of milk with 2tbsp of seeds and leave for at least 20 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Then add whatever flavourings, fruit, etc. you want. πŸ˜€

  2. If people would find out about the benefits of chia seeds more deeply then chia seeds might get more expensive than gold. Chia seeds has triple vitamin C than 1 orange, double calcium than 1 glass of milk, and more antioxidants than berries, how cool is that. Amazing blog!
