That’s interesting that psychiatric inpatients can benefit from gardening. I wonder how many psychiatric inpatient hospitals have gardens

Great post Rachel. I totally agree about the positive impact of nature in every aspect of our lives.
Luckily enough, I was able to spent the biggest part of the lockdown period at my home in the countryside and my psychological status after the end of it was fine. When I returned back at my city apartment realized that most people were not that good due to long time restrictions.
I believe the fact that I spent that time close to nature definitely helped me a lot.
